About Education
Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (CLCOR) training provides knowledge and skills to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot core collaboration and networking technologies. The training covers topics such as infrastructure design protocols, codecs, endpoints, Cisco Internetwork Operating System (IOS®) XE gateway and media sources, call control, and Quality of Service (QoS).

- 350-801 Implementing Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (CLCOR)
Prerequisites
It is recommended that you have the following knowledge before attending this training:
- Working knowledge of the basic terms of computer networks, including LANs, WANs, switching and routing
- Basic knowledge of digital interfaces, Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTN) and Voice over IP (VoIP)
- Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of converged voice and data networks and the deployment of Cisco Unified Communications Manager

- Online Education: 5 days of live virtual lectures and remote labs
