About Education

CCIE Collaboration training provides knowledge and skills in installing, configuring and troubleshooting collaboration and networking technologies. This training aims to prepare participants for the CCIE Collaboration 350-801 CLCOR written exam and the CCIE Collaboration v3.1 lab exam.

Prerequisites

It is recommended that you have the following knowledge and skills before attending the training:

  • Working knowledge of the basic terms of computer networks such as LAN, WAN, switching and routing
  • Basic knowledge of digital interfaces, Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTN) and VoIP
  • Basic knowledge of converging voice and data networks and deploying Cisco Unified Communications Manager
