Morten Information and Communication Services Inc. was founded in Istanbul by Bülent Morten Information and Communication Services Inc. was founded in 2001 by BülentMorten in Istanbul. The company's foundations are based on the Cisco Networking Academy Program, which was launched at Istanbul Technical University in 1999 under the leadership of BülentMorten. Offering a CCNA certificate, this program was designed to provide professional training in the field of network technologies and attracted great attention. The need for flexibility and ample resources to provide high-quality training to participants led to the establishment ofMorten in 2001.
