Main Focus Areas
Social Participation:
- Supporting educational initiatives aimed at students, young professionals and disadvantaged groups, particularly in the field of IT and digital skills development.
- Collaborate with local organizations and schools to provide internships, training and mentoring programs.
- Encouraging employees to volunteer in community activities.
Environmental Sustainability:
- Implementing energy efficiency practices in our offices and data centers to reduce carbon emissions.
- Promoting the use of sustainable technologies and solutions that help reduce environmental impact.
- To reduce our environmental footprint by adopting remote and flexible working models. To contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions and optimize office energy consumption by minimizing the commuting processes of our employees with the remote working model.

Sustainability Goals
1. Environmental Sustainability Goals:
a. Reducing Carbon Footprint:
- Hedef: 2025 yılına kadar karbon emisyonlarını %30 oranında azaltmak.
- Actions: Using LED lighting systems in offices to increase energy efficiency, choosing energy-efficient appliances, and reducing emissions from commuting by increasing the rate of remote working.
b. Green Office Applications:
- Hedef: Ofislerde su ve enerji tüketimini %20 azaltmak ve atık geri dönüşüm oranını %50 artırmak.
- Actions: Install recycling bins, encourage digital documentation, minimize paper consumption and establish appropriate programs for the responsible disposal of electronic waste.
c. Sustainable Supply Chain:
- Hedef: 2026 yılına kadar tedarik zincirinin %50’sini çevresel standartlara uygun hale getirmek.
- Actions: Select suppliers that comply with sustainability criteria and make agreements with business partners that encourage environmentally friendly practices.

- Goal: To provide IT training and mentoring to at least 100 students or young professionals per year.
- Actions: Organizing internship programs, digital skills development workshops and certification programs in collaboration with universities.

- Goal: To contribute to society by carrying out at least 3 social responsibility projects per year.
- Actions: Organizing volunteering activities, developing projects that support access to education and technology in collaboration with local communities.
