About Education
Implementing Cisco Collaboration Applications (CLICA) training teaches skills to configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express, and application clients. The training covers improving communications procedures, strengthening compliance measures, and enhancing communications systems and devices.
Prerequisites
It is recommended that you have the following knowledge before attending this training:
- Basic knowledge of network technologies
- Basic knowledge of audio and video
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager experience (including single-location dial plan, single PSTN gateway, and SIP trunks)
Duration of Training
- Classroom Training: 5 days of theoretical lectures and practical laboratory work
- Online Education: 5 days of live virtual lectures and remote labs
